401 St Kilda Rd

401 St Kilda Rd Melbourne , 2009

Situated along Melbourne's most prestigious boulevard, this scheme comprises a seven level luxury apartment building with seventeen residential apartments and ground level retail tenancies. This mixed-use development provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the diverse mix of site uses within the precinct. At 401, Elenberg Fraser has designed 17 apartments with 17 different arrangements and 17 different combinations of materials. This is a unique concept providing a truly bespoke service for high end apartment design in architecture. The collection of details and finishes are different, to reflect the character and ambition of each of the individual owners. Constructed along graceful yet horizontal lines with cascading gardens adorning bronze shutters, the facade of 401 St Kilda Road is a seamless integration of landscape and architecture.



Quay West Resort + Spa (Falls Creek)

Falls Creek, Victoria , 2010

Situated in Falls Creek, the development is an essential and exciting new Gateway concept for the Village. Comprising two elegantly formed buildings emerging from the landscape, the view on arrival is complimented by the clearly framed aspect up to the ski fields beyond. At ground level there will be a new retail strip fronting Bogong High Plains Road enlivening the street frontage and creating weather protected spill out zones for visitors to the Village. Entries to the upper level apartments are integrated into this dynamic facade language with prominent entry canopies announcing the unique interiors of the St Falls lobbies.
